A Packaging system between H.E.B (Top Tier) and Hill Country Fare (Mid Tier). The challenge is to differentiate the hierarchy between a national brand and a value brand.

H-E-B is an American privately held supermarket chain based in San Antonio, Texas, with more than 340 stores throughout the U.S. state of Texas, as well as in northeast Mexico.

H-E-B also has other private-label products that are sold under various brands, like Hill Country Fare. Compared to H-E-B, HCF is more budget-friendly.
